Returns and exchanges: We accept return or exchange requests for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Sarees or ethnic-wear products that are personalised, altered, stitched, made to order, or marked as final sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Items damaged in transit or incorrect items must be reported promptly after delivery. Approved returns are inspected before a refund or exchange is processed. Shipping charges, COD fees, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
