Returns and exchanges: We accept return or exchange requests for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, free from perfume or makeup, and returned with the original packaging, tags, blouse piece, accessories, and any other included items. Sarees or ethnic-wear products that are personalised, altered, stitched, made to order, or marked as final sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item within the applicable period. Items damaged in transit or incorrect items must be reported promptly after delivery. Approved returns are inspected before a refund or exchange is processed. Shipping charges, COD fees, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
